RBL Bank - Manager - Digital Marketing/Campaign Management (5-15 yrs)
A. Position Purpose
- Contribute towards scaling up digital acquisitions for various bank product verticals using digital channels and social media
- Act as a subject-matter expert; examining and recommending changes to current digital acquisitions ecosystem
Position Responsibilities :
Senior Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform)
- Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies that use digital channels effectively thereby achieving campaign objectives & generating qualified leads.
- Hands on experiences to drive FB business manager and Google Ads Manager campaign consoles for digital acquisitions and increasing the lead funnel.
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns thru analytics, on time and optimize them.
- Co-ordinating internal teams/stakeholders for Ad text/banners, landing pages and website communication for the various campaigns.
- Collaborating with the call-center/sales teams for analysing campaign results and optimizing conversions
- Collaborate with media agencies to actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages and positioning to increase ROI and drive sales volume through the paid search channel.
- Essential knowledge of Campaign Mgmt tools, Web Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation tools, LMS, SEO & Social Media
- Excellent knowledge of Search Engine Optimization to increase organic traffic and leads.
- Provide status reports by collecting, analyzing web analytics data to obtain meaningful data and trends.
- Stay abreast of new paid search engine marketing developments and opportunities in the SEM domain and incorporate into on-going campaign management.

Experience :
- Essential - Experienced in all stages of the digital marketing process from lead generation to conversion
- Preferably worked in banking sector managing digital lead generation campaigns
- Plan digital strategy for building the business via identifying customer segments, designing marketing calendar, lead management
- Candidate having 5-8 yrs experience in Campaign Management at digital space as an individual contributor
