Razorpay - Specialist - Field Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Overview: As the Field Marketing Specialist at Razorpay, you are responsible for developing and managing field-based demand generation programs and campaigns to build awareness, drive and nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close. This position will collaborate closely with sales team to plan and execute.
Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand in our existing customer base and with prospects, through special events, including industry campaigns, our own events, sponsorships, co-marketing initiatives and sales enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual plans including customer events, trade shows, webinars, email campaigns, symposiums, and direct mail campaigns.
- Represent Razorpay with a high degree of understanding of all products, attributes, differentiation and value. Demonstrate an understanding of the industry and domain.
- Coordinate and execute our event program including both sponsored and Razorpay created events and serve as the brand and product expert.
- Run and host virtual events to drive lead generation and to support existing customer expansion and success.
- Project manage, identify stakeholders, and ensure high quality events and campaigns through methodical planning, execution, and post-event follow up and analyze post-event results to continually improve and make tweaks from event to event.
- Manage budgets for industry campaigns and events and continually identify ways to reduce costs and deliver more value.
- Manage procurement requests, POs, Invoices, and budget tracking document for Field Marketing, Accounts Payable and Finance representatives.
- Event support - such as vendor and venue research; invitation creation; event registration; deliverable fulfillment and tracking; survey development and response collation; event badging; signage, collateral and giveaway coordination; general onsite support; campaign ID requests; list upload requests; and other duties as deemed necessary.
- Use Salesforce to provide reporting and pipeline data supporting ROI and campaign performance conversations with sales.
- Maintain online Marketing Events Calendar and Field Marketing Content Library.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years brand/product marketing, field marketing, event management experience in software as a service (SaaS), software, B2B, and/or other technology industry.
- Expert communicator and a confident and comfortable presenter, to large as well as more intimate audiences.
- You- re data-driven. Just because field marketing tends to happen offline doesn- t mean it can- t be measured.
- You- re creative. The most memorable marketing campaigns are the ones that stand out.
