Razorpay - Sales Trainer (3-10 yrs)
- To manage the inflow of New joiners by ensuring adequate learning journey as per the roles
- Responsible to train & certify the employees through Virtual/Classroom/e-learning modes
- Training the participants on the products of Razorpay, Indian Fintech (relevant to the role), Sales skills and other associated tools to perform the job
- Managing the throughput of the Training batch and hygiene under check not limited to the Attendance, Feedback, Mock & Final assessment scores / report card of the trainees
- Be able to conduct regular TNI / gather feedback from the Trainees & Stakeholders to be able to keep the Training content updated
- Have visibility of Training calendar and adherence to the same
- Real TimeRealtime visibility of the trainees to the stakeholders / leaders from daily training snapshot
- Stakeholders management
- Be able to come up with ideas on storyboarding of the content and other innovative ways to make learning convenient for the learners
- Ensuring the learners have 100% adherence to the e-learning on LMS during their learning journey
- Use Adult Learning principles to embibe Sales skills from the similar industry
