Razorpay - Manager/Senior Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Some Specific activities part of the responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of Razorpay's core products via successful completion of required sales training program, and utilize this knowledge to successfully lead the regional sales function.
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Developing and maintain relationship with the clients .
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target regional markets.
- Representing Razorpay at conferences and networking events.
Domestic travel - upto 60%.
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Sales, Marketing and Product Development) to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers .
- Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience of 5+ years in senior sales role preferably within payments/fintech industry & work as an Individual contributor role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals.
- Able to drive customer centricity in the team.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
- The role involves extensive domestic traveling and hence candidate needs to be prepared for the same.
