Job Description :
- Identifying end user's needs, clarify information.
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
- Need to make outbound International sales call (Like UK, US, Australia).
- Should be able to work under high pressure and need to achieve monthly sales target.
- Had to work in night/rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge should be able to type well.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Minimum 12th pass or any graduate from English Medium.
- Should able to speak & fluent in English.
- Previous experience in a customer support /call handling role related to any portal/services with will be an added advantage.
