Raymond - Manager - Promoter Development (3-4 yrs)
1) Setting the recruitment & Exit process among the team with co-ordination with HR.
2) Designing Training & Development program for sales promoters with close co-ordination with SDM.
3) Tracking the productivity of promoters & review.
4) Setting right process across regions.
5) Designing/benchmarking the Incentive & reward programs for SP's to motivate the team and reduce attrition.
6) Creating the SOP's for sales team to deploy the promoters.
7) Ensuring effective communication from HO till promoter level.
8) Tracking performance of promoters and suggestive action to be taken.
9) Ensure to reduce the attrition level to min level through salary & other expenses benchmarking and find out way to motivate the individuals.
10) Ensuring the 100% usage of SFA by team and data analysis.
