Job Description for Market Research

MBA/ Graduates - Freshers or 1 year experience.

Should be energetic, enthusiastic and progressive.

Effective and skillful communication skills.

Flexibility and the ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Knowledge in Market/ Industry Research.

Knowledge in Data entry for Lead Generation and Email Campaigning.

Writing emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.

Capture and Maintain records of contacts and accounts using the tracking system and ability to identify duplicates.

Presenting a high level explanation of services and answering the questions of customers.

Business Development through extensive Market research.

Cold calling skills and business writing, mainly targeting US Markets.

Ability to carry on a conversation not necessarily centered on company telemarketing script.
