Rawal Infocom (Surat) seeks a qualified Regional Sales Manager in (City/Area).

- Team Management and Leadership Skills.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region

- Managing a sales team of Area Managers in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques

- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term

- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings

- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements

- Responsible for working with marketing team to drive regional promotional initiatives including Digital Marketing (social media, PPC Campaigns), Events, etc. that support pipeline growth and revenue generation

Qualification:

- Graduate / BBA / MBA

- Experience of at least 2 years at the same level / industry.

- Exposure to IT or software industry preferable.

- Proven Sales Record with efficient team management skills
