- Experience with FMCG for 5 years plus - understands the pulse of the retailer (Kirana/ general trade store) and distribution network.
- Create GTM strategy and build a predictable business with monetization from large brand partners.
- Create pipeline, aggressively pitch, close new business by using a strong solution-based sales approach.
- Carry revenue targets, manage key accounts, and deliver against sales metrics.
- Work with regional teams to achieve revenue and other goals.
- Sharp, analytical, and able to position insights effectively to clients.
