Raw Mango - Store Manager - Sales (7-14 yrs)
Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with 7 to 14 years of experience. A successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Store Manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.
Person will be responsible for:
- Managing day to day store operations, report on buying trends, customer needs etc.
- Meet sales goals and train the sales staff.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree
