Job Description :
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- To ensure each segment & project meets the sales targets & collections.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the geographic, demographic and psychographic aspects of each target market and provide inputs to superiors to design branding/advertising initiatives for residential projects.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Regularly interact with customers to ensure speedy closure of bookings and timely collection of payments.
- To ensure sales & collection, targets to be achieved as per sales plan.
- Ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions
- Coordinate with other functions viz. Sales Admin, Engineering, Legal on customer queries
- Identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers (E.g. Corporate, HNI Clients)
- Develop relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region
- Work closely with key departments (Design and Development, Engineering, Finance etc) to monitor project (residential) status; as per business plan.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Drive implementation of framework to capture and incorporate customer feedback into system design for future projects
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Work closely with marketing, strategy, construction management and sales departments of Ravi Group for effective preparation and implementation of plans along with new product developments.
- Provide timely support to the Team/Internal Departments for resolution of all queries with respect to sales of residential projects
- Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team's capabilities
