Job Summary :
- Activation of new channel partners as per week and monthly given targets and oversee the CP engagement process.
- Ensure budget-efficient customer walk-ins as per the given target for the specific project site/s from the assigned channels.
- To ensure smooth registration, training & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
- Who ensures incremental revenues from performing Channels & motivates the non-performing ones.
- Develop a healthy investor database through channel partners.
- Regularize product & price updates to channel partners.
- Organize and execute channel-related events.
- Leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches.
- Maintains accurate records for activities conducted and meetings done.
Required Candidate profile :
- Fresher or Minimum 1 year of Real Estate industry exposure.
- Graduation is compulsory. Post Graduate is a Plus.
- Hand-on experience in the Sourcing vertical.
- Continuously demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through a network of Channel Partners.
- Continuously demonstrated ability to impanel performing channel partners.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
