RateGain - Junior Executive - Paid Marketing (2-5 yrs)
RateGain is looking for a Junior Executive -Paid Marketing who will drive Social Media Engagement for the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- This job is supporting the paid media function of the team and is running paid media campaigns on behalf of 25-40 clients.
- This person must have experience in buying and running advertising campaigns and will be responsible for optimizing ads using Business Manager and third-party tools.
- Media buying and paid advertising experience (specifically paid social in Business Manager and/or LinkedIn/Twitter) is required; agency experience a plus.
- This person must be data-driven and have experience in optimizing paid social ads using third-party tools, as well as providing recommendations to clients in order to improve performance.
- This person will be responsible for pulling pixels and communicating with web teams to implement them. Facebook Pixel and/or Google Analytics/Tag Manager experience required.
- Responsible for creating new campaigns/ads as needed, monitoring performance closely, improving performance each month, and recommending where we can optimize.
- Responsible for leading Industry Updates wiki/slack for social as well as boosting posts in the appropriate time-frame each month on FB/IG.
- Will assist with client set-up/onboarding and offboarding in Business Manager, as well as assist with any one-off troubleshooting questions/requests from Account teams in BM
- This person will be supporting the APAC region as well as North America accounts based out of the Chicago office.
