R.A.T. Financial Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Lucknow, working in the loan sector. As a Direct Selling Agent (DSA), the primary role will be to manage and execute the sales process for loans by handling pre-qualified leads, booking appointments, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up : Make outbound calls to leads filtered by the marketing team.
- Appointment Setting : Schedule and coordinate appointments with potential clients.
- Client Meetings : Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers in Lucknow to explain loan products and services.
- Sales Pitch : Effectively present and promote loan products based on customer needs.
- Sales Closure : Successfully close sales by providing customized solutions and completing necessary documentation.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Reporting & Updates : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead progress in CRM systems.
- Market Research : Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the loan sector.
Requirements :
- Experience : Prior experience in loan sales or DSA roles preferred.
- Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities.
- Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
- Mobile : Willingness to travel locally within Lucknow for client meetings.
- Education : Minimum qualification in sales, finance, or a related field.
Compensation :
Salary : Target-based compensation with a competitive basic salary plus performance-linked incentives. Higher earnings potential is available based on achievement of sales targets.
