Rashmi Group - Territory Sales Manager (5-8 yrs)
Job Brief:
- We are looking for a high-performing leader to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with 4-8 years- experience, at least 2 years exposure to B2B Sales /Chanel Sales from Consumer Electronics/Mobile Accessories/CDIT background. .
Job Description :
- Business Acquisition: Accelerate customer acquisition in the assigned territory through well-developed sales strategies
- Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients.
- Effectively manage Prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials in line with organisation policy
- Appoint/Lead the Distributors/DTR Partners in respective state & cities.
- Ensure to Run a territory as an independent profit centre
- Organize partner engagement activities in the territory
- Study the local market trend, reports, analysis to increase the sales
- Design, execute, report any local level marketing activities / schemes to improve tertiary sales.
