Rare Planet Handicrafts - Store Manager - Sales (4-8 yrs)
1. Back office management-inward & outward, storage, and inventory documentation.
2. Proper updating about sales target achievement, product knowledge superior remedies to how to increase sales & hit to target.
3. Maintaining the high quality of VM & display Standards .
4. Maintaining Global Stock Count of all brands of Mens concept.
5. Regularly analyze the customer feedback & determine the corrective course of action.
6. Monitor Walk-in's and conversion rates,& competition survey on regular basis.
7. Initiate ideas & action plan for the walk-in's conversation rate & the overall sales of the store.
8. Grooming standards of Employees & mentoring store etiquettes.
9. Discuss service issues with the team & short them out.
10. Visual Merchandising Skills
11. Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Salary : Up to 33k CTC
