Job Description - Customer Support and Outreach :
We are looking for a talent, who can strategize, plan, and manage all the interactions with the present customers to derive value for the organization and for self by:
- Establishing and enhancing relationships with customers.
- Addressing client queries on day-to-day basis and responding to the client via emails and calls.
- Solving/updating/responding to the queries forwarded by different departments like BD, OP, Accounts, Logistics, and procurement.
- Can get the feedback for respective orders.
- Take reviews for the entire transition through cold-calling and emails.
- Sharing the feedback and review with the top management.
Skills Sets:
- Proficient in English (Written & Spoken)
- Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing, as well as make presentations.
- Willingness and openness to work across international time zones.
