RapidShyp - Inside Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media channels.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our freight services, pricing, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our services to prospective clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare and send quotes to customers, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, customer support, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed
