With their deep expertise in sourcing as well as technology gained from years of working with India's top E-Commerce and content distribution companies, the founders have taken the challenge of disrupting fashion retail as it is done today.
RapidBox sources all its product working directly with factories across India as well as other countries and manufactures every product under its own brands. This has ensured high loyalty of users with high repeat rate and retention within just 5 months of launch. RapidBox is also unique in the way that it allows users to be both buyers as well as sellers at the same time.
The role is of Customer support-executive in RapidBox - a social shopping app in fashion categories.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Communication with customers by phone, chat or email.
2. Resolve customer queries on phone and email
3. Follow up on order status with internal teams.
4. Follow up with customers regarding their order queries.
5. Convert Cancelled and Pending orders by calling customers.
6. Effectively speaks, writes and presents clearly with persuasion.
Candidates must have :
1. Preferably experienced in dealing with fashion products
2. Command over MS Excel
3. Enthusiasm to work with a passionate team
4. At least 2 years of working experience
5. Fluency in English, Hindi & Kannada
CTC: 2.5L - 3L (Negotiable and depending on candidates profile)
Reporting to: CEO
Experience : At least 2 years of experience. Relevant experience will be an added advantage but not a must.
