Customer Service associate
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer retention and maintain renewal percentage as per company standards.
- Involved in understanding customer requirements and provide appropriate solution via phone, email, online chat.
- Involved in all activities related to specific customer requirements & daily interface with customer regarding service and benefits provided.
- Provide and ensure a high level of customer service by developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the customers.
- Verifying all compliance documents in order to ensure they are in accordance with company terms.
- Work closely with the internal departments to ensure daily activities are completed on time.
Requirements:
- English fluency essential ( we are looking for candidate who has worked with International BPO)
- 3+ years of experience in calling
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Full knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
