- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products. Use insights to guide product selection and pricing strategies.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels. Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Sales Forecasting: Predict future sales to inform production and purchasing decisions, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices.
