Business development for Rangsons Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd Entity of NR Group.
Job requirements :
a) University graduate with major in Science / Business Administration / Healthcare-related discipline preferred
b) At least 8 years relevant sales, marketing & key account management experiences in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
c) Excellent public (seminars) speaking
d) Strong leadership, high motivation and good interpersonal skills
e) Good analytical mind and ability to work with details
f) Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
g) Able to work under pressure and independently
Primary responsibilities :
1. Establishing doctor network and maintaining good relationship leading to strategic tie-ups
2. Organising and conducting events, seminars among doctors, institutions and influencers
3. Participation in seminars and active speaking in forums on the company vision
4. Creating online presence with active social media involvement
5. Coordinate with branding agency and drive the branding
6. Co-own in identifying and establishment of clinics in identified cities
7. Co-create customer experience in the clinics
