- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Growth Associate to drive our expansion, establish strong relationships with schools, and bring Rancho Labs' innovative programs to more students.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers in schools through existing contacts, cold calls, and lead generation activities in assigned territories.
- Present Rancho Labs' programs, STEM products, and services to school stakeholders, educators, and parents.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain how Rancho Labs enhances 21st-century skills in students.
- Convert leads into successful sales by closing agreements and collecting advance payments.
- Achieve revenue targets and drive company growth within your designated region.
Partnerships & Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the primary strategist for partnerships within your territory, ensuring school enrollments, engagement, and renewals.
- Develop and execute strategies to retain and expand customer relationships.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring smooth coordination between schools and Rancho Labs' execution team.
Marketing & Brand Building:
- Plan and execute STEM workshops, events, and engagement programs to increase Rancho Labs' reach.
- Confidently pitch our offerings to educators, students, and parents, creating brand awareness.
- Utilize tools like Canva, Excel, and Outlook to develop marketing content and streamline communication.
- Contribute to marketing strategies that effectively communicate Rancho Labs' value proposition.
Process Optimization & Reporting:
- Continuously improve sales processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and documentation to track performance.
- Collaborate with the Operations & Execution team to ensure seamless program delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead conversion, preferably in EdTech or K-12 education.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and communicate STEM-based solutions effectively.
- Communication & Copywriting: Strong ability to craft compelling content for outreach and marketing.
- Proficiency in Tools: Experience using Canva, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams), and CRM tools.
- Strategic Thinking & Leadership: Ability to develop sales strategies, analyze data, and manage relationships effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in EdTech sales, school partnerships, or event coordination.
- Experience working with teachers, students, and educational institutions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM tools, and Canva for content creation.
- Passion for STEM education and a strong belief in Rancho Labs' mission.
