Management Trainee for Business Development - Sales & Marketing

- We are looking for a management trainee in developing and implementing our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advanced potential.

- During your training period, you'll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You'll get to know the nuts and bolts of our company's functions and operations and you'll support our management team with daily tasks such as allocating resources, budgets and crafting performance reports.

- Further you will also learn, strong analytical skills and effective communications which are important for management trainee qualifications

Responsibilities :

- Help senior managers in complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)

- Understand each department's (e.g. Marketing, Sales) processes and goals

- Understand the business policies

- Understand the conversion of Leads in to Opportunities

- Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)

- Get familiar with personnel duties

- Participate in company's Strategic Plans

- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing, Liasoning, analyzing data)

- Keep a track of generated revenues (analytical research, vertical wise business)

- Research and develop to increase topline and its baseline

- Create Business Proposals for different verticals

Requirements and Skills :

- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office

- Strong verbal and written presentation skills

- Excellent math and computational ability

- Effective communication skills

- A degree in Management or Business
