RAMINFO - Associate - Presales - International Market (10-11 yrs)
Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Presales Associate to join our team, focusing on the international market. This role will involve showcasing our products and platforms, utilizing case studies from our Indian clients, and customizing proposals to meet the unique requirements of international customers. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with excellent communication skills to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Demonstration:
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of international clients.
- Utilize existing case studies from Indian clients to illustrate success stories and demonstrate product value.
2. Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze client requirements.
- Restructure and customize proposals based on the insights gained from international clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
3. Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on international market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities to position our solutions effectively in diverse international markets.
4. Solution Customization:
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and requirements.
- Leverage case studies to develop tailored solutions that address specific international client needs.
5. Collaboration and Support:
- Partner with product management and development teams to communicate client feedback and influence product enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle, assisting the sales team in closing deals.
6. Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in international client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations that align with client goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Presales Consultant or similar role with a focus on international markets in IT Services and solutions industry.
Strong understanding of Information technology industry (IT services & solutions)
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling through case studies.
Familiarity with international business practices and cultural nuances.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to adapt presentations and proposals to different cultural contexts and client expectations.
- Proficiency in Proposal Management Software, Document Automation Tools, CRM System, Collaboration Tools, Design and Presentation Software, Content Management Systems, Data Analysis and Visualization Tools, E-signature Platforms
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages relevant to target markets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Skills:
Good at US federal and state procurement, partnership, alliances- Ability to identify partnership opportunities and negotiate win -win agreements supports mutual success and collaboration.
