Job Responsibilities :
Digital Campaign Management : Assist in the planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, display advertising and search engine marketing.
Content Creation and Management : Help create engaging content for digital platforms including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website content which involves writing, editing and formatting content as well as sourcing images and multimedia elements.
Social Media Management : Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
SEO & SME : Support in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) and managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns through platforms like Google Ads, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.
Analytics and Reporting : Compile and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. This includes preparing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights for optimization.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other team members such as designers, content creators and marketing managers to ensure alignment and cohesion across marketing efforts. Effective communication skills are crucial for coordinating tasks and sharing insights.
Learning & Development: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing through self- study, training sessions and participation in relevant industry events or webinars.
Creativity & Innovation: Contribute creative ideas and innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and improve overall brand visibility and engagement.
Project Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings and assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed.
