What you will do:
- Researching, sourcing and qualifying new leads for sales opportunities
- Reaching out the prospects via inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering product/service queries and sending additional information via email
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services to potential customers
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Staying informed about competitive products and services
- Upselling and cross selling of products and services
About you :
- 0-1 years of experience as an Inside Sales Associate from IT industry background
- Hands on experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales
- Preferably a female who can sit at office and make tele calling and follow-up calls
- Proficiency in MS-Office and any reputed CRM tool
- Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are preferred
- Strong listening, presentation and sales skills are additional benefits
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- You are proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player
- Any bachelor's degree with Sales & Marketing background would be a plus
