Raksha Technologies - Associate - Sales (2-3 yrs)
What you'll do :
- Develop sales strategy and identify the marketing opportunities
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and emails to have face-to-face discussion and/or demos
- Assess potential client's needs and recommend the appropriate products
- Prepare sales pitches and deliver product demonstrations to prospects
- Negotiate price, payments and service contracts, as well as discounts and warranties
- Initiating after-sales technical support based on client requirements and feedback
- Advise clients on technical queries related to products, installations and relevant upgrades
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and promotional trends
About you :
- 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Associate preferably from IT industry background
- An ambitious sales professional who is ready to roll up his sleeves and get things done
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Proficiency in MS-Office and any reputed CRM tool
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and manage time effectively
- You are detail oriented, willing to learn and a strong team player
- Any bachelor's degree with Sales & Marketing background would be a plus
