Job Objective :
- To drive the growth of our business by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Your responsibilities will extend to analytical preparation of potential growth opportunities, contributing to pitch presentations, implementing sales and marketing strategies to expand our reach and impact at Elephant in the Room
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Research to identify decision makers and map prospects for new customer acquisition.
- Cold calls & Gate crashing for new prospects identified via research or external sources.
- Create & maintain a pipeline of leads, Drive leads through the funnel from lead to qualified.
- Handle inbound, prospect communication, and convert them into qualified leads.
- Identify prospects for strategic partnerships with organizations, and industry experts.
- Create proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential prospects.
- Create and Maintain MIS Reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and provide insights for business strategy.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand presence and business connections.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications - Masters degree in Management/ Business Administration (or equivalent PG degree/ diploma).
Experience Profile -
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Excellent presentation, communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, self-driven and Results-driven personality with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exposure to managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and re-prioritizing projects.
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals, as well as establishing and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
