This would also require team collaboration and deep understanding of the RailYatri web & app product features.

This role would provide immense learning opportunity and is ideal for candidates who like data driven approach to validate the experiments done for SEO, ASO & other growth initiates.

This role would also involve:

- Keyword research and team collaboration to come up with content needed for user growth.

- Define optimization pointers for content and technology teams for improvements in rankings.

- Understanding the user journey right from search till the time they use the website or app.

- Tracking, reporting & analysing traffic to the website & apps.

- Some traits that we are looking for in this role are:

- Self driven to experiment & run independent research on new trends and practices in SEO

- Strong social skills and interpersonal awareness

- Adaptability, collaborative in a team environment and ability to work independently

- Understanding of web technology & Mobile app technologies.

- Data driven for objective & focus approach.

- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to research/seek out relevant information when needed

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Experience & Skills:

- At least 3 years of overall experience

- Experience with Google analytics or similar analytics tool.

- Experience of driving user growth for a website and/or app.

- Hands on with SQL queries would be a plus.
