We are looking for a Manager or a Senior Manager to seed and grow a new domestic travel packages business vertical within RailYatri. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, product management and operations to design and execute key initiatives for this new business vertical.

At RailYatri, we're working towards simplifying train journey experience for millions of people who travel daily by train in India. Every month, millions of people across India use our website and mobile apps. We are constantly taking on challenges in building an intelligent trip navigator for information and commerce needs of train travelers. We want to build solutions to these exciting problems that are scalable, performant, and elegant, and looking for extraordinary people to join us do just that!

Desired experience & Skills :

- Conceptualize, design and roll out innovative domestic travel packages in line with the business goals.

- P&L responsibility with focus on driving high consumer value to ensure revenue growth form this new business vertical.

- Define products, contracting and marketing strategy to deliver the targeted P&L.

- As a key member of a young and a growing team, you will actively participate and contribute in building the vertical ground-up.

- 7+ years of relevant experience working in a similar set-up/ environment. Travel industry experience will be preferred.

- Prior experience of Itinerary planning, budgeting and costing.

- Work with cross-functional teams to drive sales with innovative solutions/ packages.

- Manage cost of sales with focus on customer delight.

- You need to be analytically strong to understand the travel landscape to propose and deliver innovative packages/ solutions.
