The Associate Business Development is responsible for end-to-end business development & assigned tasks for the assigned area of Hotel Empanelment & business development.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Identifying and finalizing new hotel properties for empanelment; meet & communicate with hotel managers/owners at various locations for partnership/ tie up process in assigned geographical area.

- Responsible for executing short-term and long-term agreements for supply with hotel partners

- Train the hotel partners for RailYatri extranet software & app.

- Maintaining updated information about hotel in extranet.

- Making sure rate parity is maintained by hotel partner across different channels.

- Maintaining relationship with all Hotel partner staff/executives/management/owner etc

- Achieving tie up numbers weekly / monthly through acquisition of new Hotel partners.

- Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies.

- Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization.

- Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

- Generate & maintain the MIS reports as required by organization.

- Coordinate with the hotel partners for bookings / cancellation / collection etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Graduate in any stream with 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.

- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams Experience in early-stage startup environments would be an advantage.

- Focused and possess sales mindset.

- Fluent communication (Hindi & English) and ability to manage situations on the ground.

- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven, team player.

- Demonstrates high ethical values.

- Good written & verbal communication skills.

- Ability to quickly learn with minimum hand holding.

- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office, PPT.
