Desired profile:
- The candidate must be able to create and deliver effective communication campaigns to communicate with an internal and external audience of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. He/she must have excellent connection-building skills with customers.

Responsibilities :
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication - scripts- when handling different topics
- Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- You are mainly responsible for liaising with the customers to understand their requirements
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated.
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
Customer Focus:
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
- Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
