Railofy - Executive - Customer Support (1-4 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the execution process of travel bookings, liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

2. Provide effective voice support to end users on a variety of issues. Identify, research and resolve the issues faced

3. Properly document all interactions with customers in the proper, standardized format.

4. Manage and update company database and customer relationship systems

5. Work closely with the product and marketing teams to be aligned with product features and also to feed insights on product improvements.

6. Opportunity to grow to a Manager driving end to end daily operational activities

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree is must

- Fast tracked career, ideally in a startup environment

- Excellent Excel skills along with basic Microsoft Office (Word and PPT)

- Effective communication skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support and operations role with experience in Excel and systems monitoring.

- Role with travel agencies would be a plus

- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

- Team spirit; ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
