Raho is a new and young startup in the travel and hospitality industry that uses design and technology to provide unique quality stays and services at vacation destinations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Your primary objective is to identify, build relations and sign with property owners interested in partnering with Raho to establish hospitality units at their estates. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, nurturing relationships, and guiding them through the process of partnering with Raho. Success in this role requires strong networking skills, an understanding of real estate investment, and the ability to articulate the benefits of collaboration with Raho.
Job Description :
Lead Generation :
- Identify prospective property owners who have the potential to partner with Raho for establishing hospitality units.
- Utilize various channels such as networking events, industry associations, event, online platforms, and referrals to generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify target areas and properties suitable for hospitality development.
Relationship Building :
- Initiate contact with property owners and establish rapport through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
- Educate property owners about the benefits of partnering with Raho, including potential income, property management services, and enhanced property value.
- Educate potential partners though presentations, current property tours, introductions to team and value propositions.
- Address any concerns or objections raised by current or future property owners or and provide relevant information to alleviate their apprehensions.
Negotiations and Closure :
- Conduct in-depth consultations with property owners to understand their objectives, preferences, and investment goals.
- Customize partnership proposals and present them to property owners, highlighting the value proposition of collaborating with Raho.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms that are mutually beneficial for both parties.
Performance Tracking and Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, partnership negotiations, and deal status using tracking tools.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rate, partnership acquisition cost, and revenue generated from new partnerships.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update management on partnership development activities and outcomes.
- Build strategy and ideation for setting up sales processes, marketing and procedures
- Make monthly reports as per the requirement of the management.
Skills and Requirements :
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, or partnership management, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry. (Around 5 years)
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Should be able to speak - Kannada, Hindi, English (Nice to know - Kodathak, Malyalam)
- Willing to travel to Coorg regularly.
- Proficiency in using computer (Microsoft Office) and knowledge in Analytics.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with property owners and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Results-driven mind-set with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of real estate investment principles, property valuation, and market analysis.
- Experience in hospitality sector is a plus
Location - Bengaluru
The job will involve regular travel to Coorg
Key Result Area/Key Performance Indicators :
- Ability to get at least 10 new prospects each month in and around Coorg
- Generate 5 qualified leads each month
- Sign one property partner/3 units per month.
Other Requirements :
- Transport - Bike/car
Compensation :
- 35,000/month to 45,000/month.
- Incentive up to 10,000/- for each unit signed.
