Role: Client Services

Overview

The role will involve working on web development and digital marketing projects for one of our large international accounts, as well as managing and developing new business.

We are looking at people with 3-6 years of work experience who are passionate about Digital Marketing and can work under intense pressure and tight deadlines to deliver projects while at the same time building relationships and growing our business. We require people with a strong skillsets in handling project management and project delivery as well as business development. The candidate would need to be a self-starter and a motivated person, with experience in building and growing relationships with clients and colleagues.

Project Management Responsibilities:

- Take and prepare briefs, with attention to detail

- Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

- Identify resources needed within the company and assign individual responsibilities.

- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

- Prepare for reviews and quality assurance procedures.

- Minimize organization exposure and risk on projects.

- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately

Project Accounting Responsibilities:

- Track and report team hours and expenses on a timely basis.

- Manage project budgets

- Ensure timely and accurate billing, and monitors receivables for project.

- Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.

- Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, rates and utilization.

Business Development Responsibilities:

- Build relationships and grow the business

- Working as a strategic digital marketing partner with clients

- Achieve business and revenue targets while at the same time ensuring that the requisite profit margins are maintained

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of experience in a Digital/Marketing/IT delivery role

- Experience in areas of Web development, digital marketing is a big plus

- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients and deadlines.

- Keeping up with the latest trends in Web technology and digital marketing is a mandatory requirement

- Experience in dealing with clients (marketing managers, technical managers, brand managers)

- Ability to manage different kinds of resources (developers, graphic designers, etc.)

- Strong oral and written communications skills.

- Strong experience of Microsoft Office products, especially MS Powerpoint would be a plus

- Experience in working with international clients would be a big plus
