Rage Coffee - Customer Success/Support Role (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Answer support phone calls, chat messages, and email tickets.
- Assisting in order processing and changes as and when needed.
- Should be able to handle multiple tasks.
- Make sure each customer is happy before and after their purchase.
- Guide consumers to make the right choices.
- Regularly identify areas of improvement in customer education based on communication with customers and participate in writing excellent help documentation.
- Work with operations team to report customer feedback and help regularly update the on-ground processes and product quality.
Requirements :
- Experience in a customer support role preferred from a captive unit.
- Fluent in English (Verbal & Written).
- Must have customer calling (Outbound / Inbound) experience.
- Good knowledge on Excel, should be able to work on different files.
- 1 to 4 years of experience.
- Preference female candidate.
