How you should be ?
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of our product On printshop. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in software sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the printing industry.
What you will do ?
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for Onprintshop.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted outreach to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of Onprintshop.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
What we are looking for ?
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or printing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of web-to-print software and the printing industry is a plus
