Radio Mirchi - Activation Head (15-18 yrs)
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure targeted revenue achievement and timely collections for the station
- Conceptualize and sell Below-the-Line (BTL - events, consumer promos, contact programs etc) activities to clients.
- Creating innovative properties integrating radio & on-ground
- Selling special properties on-air
- Build strong client relationships
- Monitor competition (Radio as well as other mediums) and help develop strategies to maximize market share
