Job Title :Client Success Manager

Function : Sales

Department : Sales

Reporting To : (Title) Regional Business Director / Senior BP sales

Business Unit :BIG FM

Location : Delhi

BASIC PURPOSE:

Purpose

The Client Success Manager will be held accountable for the delivery and execution for sales deals deliverables and processes related to financial operations. This includes developing and maintaining client relationships, cultivating additional business opportunities, client presentations, proposals and work orders, as well as per project and overall client services budgeting and other financial operations as needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- On time revert to client on briefs/proposals

- Sales support and execution of client deliverables. Engaging with clients.

- Post evaluations for all campaigns. Joint meetings with sales for final deliverable

- Responsible for any on-ground activations as well.

- Coordination with other functions like programming/solutions etc Pan India to ensure end-to-end execution of the deal.

- Uploading ROs / POs to traffic along with creatives for all deals

- Objection handling

- Trade Marketing activities to be suggested at the beginning of a month

- Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and agencies.

- Ensuring high quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of clients- systems and processes

- Able to take responsibility and work on flexible basis

Inter department co-ordination

- Coordination with other functions like programming/solutions etc Pan India to ensure end-to-end execution of the deal.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- MBA or a Post Graduate Professional with 1-5 years of experience

- Excellent communication skills, confident, enthusiastic, attention to detail, creative

- Result Oriented and Capacity to operate in a growth environment that is increasingly competitive

- Set the highest ethical and professional standards

- Comfortable with change
