Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will:
- Handle calls, tickets, and chat support to address customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively.
- Provide resolution and assistance for various product categories including Spot Trading, Margin Trading, Future Trading, Convert, Earn, and VIP services.
- Support customer inquiries in Hindi or English, ensuring a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the back-office team for escalations and L2 Operations to ensure seamless query resolution.
- Meet performance targets including quality standards, SLA adherence, and CSAT scores.
- Maintain adherence to AHT, ASA, abandonment rate, and call back adherence metrics.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Graduates or undergraduates pursuing a degree.
- Experience: Open to fresher's and individuals with up to 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle queries across voice and non-voice processes.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and service standards.
Working Hours:
- 7 days a week operation with rotational shifts.
- Must be flexible to work in shifts aligned with business requirements.
Training:
- Comprehensive pre-process, product, and writing techniques training will be provided.
- Training duration and certification details will be shared during Onboarding.
