Role Overview:
We are seeking skilled Customer Success candidates to support US-based physicians in the field of Occupational Health. This role involves processing patient visits, reviewing medical documents, and assisting with workflow tasks to optimize the physician's time and focus. You will play a key role in ensuring that patient care is delivered efficiently, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist US MDs Spocs, CRR, CSR with processing patient visits in Occupational Health.
- Review, organize, and summarize medical documents and reports.
- Provide workflow assistance to enhance efficiency for physicians.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Maintain communication with healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the coordination of patient care by managing schedules and follow-ups.
- Work on product enhancements
Requirements:
- Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work US time zone shifts.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal laptop (mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent availability and responsiveness.
- Immediate availability to start.
