Role Overview :
We are on the hunt for Sales folks with unmatched energy and a strategic mindset to join our high-octane sales force. If dominating sales targets and achieving excellence are in your blood, read on :
- Identify, target, and engage hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to introduce and sell our SaaS products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the healthcare environment.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Work closely with potential clients to understand their specific needs and pain points.
- Propose tailored SaaS solutions that address the unique challenges faced by hospitals and clinics, ensuring a high ROI for clients.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Close deals and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and customer success teams.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to help refine and improve the product offering based on customer insights.
What qualifies you for this role :

- Proven Sales Background : Previous experience in IT software or computer system sales highly preferred. Healthcare domain knowledge is a welcome bonus but not essential.

- Communication Skills : Must have good communication skills, capable of engaging and persuading.

- Software Sales Experience : Experience in selling software is highly preferred.
- Tech Proficiency : Must be highly proficient with computers and smartphones-irrespective of academic background.
- Driven by Success : You should be fanatical about succeeding and beating every benchmark.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
