Job Description :
- We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and will be responsible for establishing sales methodology on the luxury platform. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing project profitability and sales return while handholding the customer through the pre-sales-post sales processing till possession. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the legal department for the execution of agreements.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention on luxury platforms.
- Analyze market trends and conduct research to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Drive business growth by identifying new potential clients and working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the sales process from pre-sales to post-sales, including documentation, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with the legal department for the execution of agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury real estate.
- Strong understanding of sales methodology and experience driving sales on luxury platforms.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing project profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
