Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities :
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a list / database of prospect clients.
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Be an expert in the products & services of the company and communicating their value and utility to the prospects.
- Working with sales team when closing sale.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance & sales metrics and compilation of the data for presentation.
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.
- Maintaining database (Sales force, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Closing sales and working with client through closing process.
- Organize online and customer site demos to prospects.
- To be based at our Bangalore office, handling the sales for the unit.
- Our Bangalore office is located at Bettahalasuru Cross (Located on Devanahalli Airport Road)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Master's / Bachelor's degree (preferred) /Diploma along with inside sales experience.
- Minimum 1-2 yrs. Inside sales experience is preferred. Fresher's with excellent communications and aptitude for sales are also considered
Other Skills and Qualifications :
- Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Technical Understanding and Building Relationships.
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
- People Skills: Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- In-depth understanding of company products, services and its position in the industry.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Sales force experience preferred.
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
