Radarr Technologies - Manager - Customer Service (7-10 yrs)
Radarr is an award winning AI-Powered social and digital data analytics and big data SaaS platform company with offices in Singapore and Bangalore.
We help businesses to make decisions from relevant social media conversations in real time. This includes conversations about brands, products, campaigns and competitors. Several mid to large sized businesses including Fortune 500 clients across Asia Pacific use our social listening platform - Radarr.
Our Social Listening Offering for Small and mid-sized businesses is growing very fast and we are looking for a Customer Service Manager with a strong background in Operations and Customer Service, to build and lead the customer service team.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Build, train, mentor and motivate the customer service team, to deliver an exceptional customer experience for our customers across all support channels.
- Formulate and drive service level metrics that are aligned to Radarr's overall goals.
- Create and organize workflows to ensure smooth resolution of issues and consistent achievement of our quality goals.
- Co-create proof-points of success and a knowledge base for the team to learn from and improvise upon.
- Become an expert in how our platform works and use this knowledge to deliver superior experience to our clients
- Onboard new clients
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in customer service and operations, with 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing role. A technical degree will be preferred due to the nature of our product.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in setting up and leading customer service teams in B2B product companies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
