Radar108 - Manager - Key Accounts - Advertising Business (2-5 yrs)
- We are looking for an Account Manager for our client, a leading Media agency in India, to support their growing team and business! In this role you will be on the media side of the business and a first line of contact between the company and its clients.
- You will be responsible for driving advertising revenue for your accounts and executing day-to-day project management tasks. You will support ideation, selling, negotiating, and delivering multi-channel programs.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Act as a liaison between ad agencies, brands, and our internal creative team
- Implement and troubleshoot complex advertising campaigns, including third-party ads and ad measurement tags and reporting using Google Ad Manager (detail oriented and data focused is a must)
- Process requests from the client in an effective and timely manner; document and respond to client requests (must be comfortable in an external facing role)
- Assist with the development and implementation of advertising campaigns and coordinate timetables, inventory and revenue forecasting, and approvals under strict deadlines
- Consistently research and monitor client campaigns, providing reports and communicating to senior account managers on successful tactics and learnings
- Identify opportunities for optimizations or integration across advertising programs
- Support internal and client meetings on a regular basis
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of advertising account management experience (preferably in media or at an advertising agency).
- Superior time management skills - you will be simultaneous managing multiple projects with both short and long deadlines
- Excel/Google Sheet proficiency with fastidious attention to detail
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) both internally and with clients and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for the business, confidence, energy, enthusiasm and professionalism
- Highly motivated and strong willingness and aptitude to work collaboratively
- Flexibility- a successful candidate will be able to turn on a dime when a situation arises and find a quick effective solution to any challenges
- Support internal and client meetings on a regular basis.
Additional Experience :
- Google Ad Manager or similar ad planning, booking, delivery platforms
- Media planning and/or revenue optimization experience highly preferred
- Digital Account Management experience is a plus!
