Job Title : Management Trainee

Job Description

Raam group requires Rockstar leaders who can manage multi-million businesses. You will be given an opportunity for cross-functional stints in Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources and Analytics areas over a period of 12 months followed by your role as business profit-centre head.

Initially Management Trainees are mentored by CEOs/GMs as part of a rigorous training. Raam Group will then promote exceptional candidate coming out of this program as frontrunner for Business Head position.

As a future business head you- ll be trained for real-time decision making, crisis management, and team management. You will be expected to solve operational challenges across the business divisions through proper strategy and execution plans. You will own complete responsibility for P&L of the business division.

We expect you to understand the vision to make it big and take the group to the next level. You need to live the dream!

Skill Sets Expected

- The candidate is expected to have leadership abilities along with strong zeal to learn business.

- Good understanding of operations and team management.

- Resilience to withstand pressure and deliver results. Positive Attitude and flexible in terms of hours of work.

Qualification

Graduate in Engineering or Science, Graduation in Business Management.
