Job Summary & Responsibilities :
The Assistant Manager/Executive (Inside Sales) plays an important role in building and growing the Qylis legacy in their respective region. This is an Inside sales role, wherein you would be required to come to office daily. The key responsibilities are as below :
- Meet and Engage with Clients, daily, to promote Qylis Products & Services offerings and to Close/win orders.
- Generating leads : Using market research and networking to find new sales leads for the assigned region.
- Making sales calls : Calling potential customers to make build Opportunity Pipeline.
- Building relationships : Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
- Preparing presentations : Creating sales pitches and presentations to demonstrate the product or service
- Closing sales : Closing sales deals and meeting sales goals
- Providing customer service : Providing exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with CXO's and ability to drive complex Deals.
- Keeping records & updating CRM : Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions & Sales and ensuring all the data for CRM is updated on a daily basis.
- Monitoring trends : Monitoring market trends and reporting on findings
- Build a strong, healthy and qualified pipeline/Opportunities Funnel, and, constantly add new opportunities/leads to the pipeline
- Follow-ups and Scheduling Meetings : Follow-up with both the Prospective Client as well as Qylis Field Sales Teams and gather data to update the CRM and also schedule meetings & support the Field Sales Teams.
- Ensure that all the data is available for internal reviews and is regularly updated.
- Self-Driven and Take complete ownership to drive the Sales Cycle end-to-end.
Qualifications :
- A Management degree or equivalent, combined with relevant industry experience in IT Sales/IT Sales consulting role.
- The ideal candidate should have 4 - 5 years of Techno-Commercial inside Sales experience in Sales and Business Development of IT Services & Products.
- Experience in Identifying and Scouting for Leads, Maintaining a close relationship with the Clients in your assigned Territory.
- Great communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English, and, also the local language in your base location.
- Industry relevant Training/Certifications would be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences and strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to discuss and explain technical solutions with respect to customer business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
