Job Description :
- Create new Business independently by identifying and acquiring new large corporate, SME customers directly.
- Develop Business plans, onboarding merchants in the Grocery, fish and meat, and food industries etc.
- Manage relationships with the existing accounts to drive more sales every month.
- Work with the Ops team to set up a delivery channel to honour the services committed to Key Accounts
- Lead generation through various sources.
- Manage all agreements, renewals, and price revisions with existing and new customers
- Interface with senior management to provide customer feedback and market intelligence based on interactions with the Customer.
- Complaints Resolution, any issues and problems faced by customers, and dealing with them to maintain trust.
- Escalating & resolving the issues raised by the clients.
- Engage & retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery.
- Responsible for revenue generation in the given territory
